Heinemann webshop rollout to Norway
For Gebr. Heinemann and Travel Retail Norway and in context of the Heinemann brand rollout I did the project management, requirement analysis and conception to rollout the global Heinemann webshop solution with country specific customising to several Airports in Norway.
Responsibilities:####
- Project planning and management
- Handling a tight and fixed time frame from kick-off to go-live
- Requirement analyis and specification incl. a detailled concept
- Intensive cooperation with the team located in Oslo - onsite and remote
- On-time release in April 2013
