Heinemann webshop at Sydney Airport
For Heinemann Asia Pacific I did the project management and requirement analysis to rollout the global Heinemann webshop solution with country specific customising as the new Heinemann tax and duty free webshop at Sydney airport.
Responsibilities:
- Project planning and management covering three time zones
- Handling a hard five month time frame from kick-off to go-live
- Requirement analyis and specification incl. technical conception and acceptance criteria definition
- Intensive cooperation with the teams located at Singapore, Hamburg, Sydney and Berlin - onsite and remote
- Interface to the development team and the test team
- On-time release of www.heinemanndutyfree.com.au in February 2015
